Oishii Japanese Big Breakfast!

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

After an eye-opening ’expedition’ in the Tsukiji Market, we were all famished. Our stomachs immediately took over and led us to the nearby rows of eateries. These were what we saw…

Hey Dudes! Let's join this long queue!

The sashimi here must be so good that even the kid on the far right was bowled over!

Look at the crowd outside the famous Daisuki Sushi Restaurant! Unbelievable!

While the rest of the people were waiting outside the renown popular restaurants, we settled for this humble one as time and tide waits for no dude. =p

We can finally enjoy our authentic Japanese Big Breakfast!

The chef is busy preparing the 3 dudes long-awaited sushi breakfast.

A bowl of miso soup to whet my appetite.

Eeh! Sugoi neh! Honto oishii neh!

Need I say more. Slurp... :p

The sushis were the best that all of us three dudes have eaten in our lives. Banzai! We were so overwhelmed by the exhilarating taste that we’ve forgotten the name of the store. Oops! But this store is somewhere near the famous Daisuki Sushi Restaurant so you shouldn’t miss it. However, I’m definitely gonna miss all my oishii sushis…

Aw man, that sushi looks awesome. How did you manage to order if you don’t know Japanese?

Hi, Johnny. Of course we need to ask for directions sometimes and order food as well. the good thing is that, some of the japanese knows a bit of the English language. If they still do not understand what we are saying, we will let our fingers do the talking (by pointing to the destination on our maps) or refer to our little trusty Japanese-English dictionary. We encountered a few cab drivers who were not well-versed in English and it was quite a ’struggle’ before we reach our destination.

Yup, most of the stuffs are labeled with japanese words and price tags. As long as you do your maths correctly and know what you are buying (or not :p), shopping in Tokyo shouldn’t be an issue.
